I originally thought sugar was the main problem. Now I believe other refined carbs: like bread, pasta, rice and potatoes are also a problem for our weights and our health. See carbs

In the sugar category not OK includes soft drink, fruit juice, most breakfast cereals, honey, dried fruit, sweets, most processed food. Until you reach your ideal weight very little alcohol. It also breaks down to fat!! What is OK?
